9. What type of TF card can be used and the maximum storage?
You can insert a TF card to order to expand the storage. It supports FAT format with 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB. However, apps must be installed on the device to use (in Apk file).

1. Network issue – say remembered instead of connected
Thank you for your help first. If the network is indicating "remembered" but not "connected", it means the password error. 2. Shut down / sleeping mode – which shall I choose?
We suggest shutting it down (power off) if you are not using it. It will release the internal storage and make the box work more smoothly with next usage.
The sleeping mode is for a short period of not using it. The tv box would not be turned off completely for a faster wake-up time.
