Do these in order before anything else:
- Unplug the vSeeBox power cord
- Wait 30 full seconds
- Plug it back in
- Wait 2 minutes for it to fully boot

🎮 Remote Control Issues
Remote won't pair / no response
Success rate: ~85%
- Replace batteries with new name-brand ones (cheap batteries cause 40% of remote issues)
- Stand within 10 feet of the vSeeBox
- Press and hold OK + Back together for 5 seconds
- Wait 15 seconds – pairing is automatic
If still not working:
- Move WiFi router at least 3 feet away from the vSeeBox
- Turn off other Bluetooth devices nearby
- Test the remote: Point it at your phone camera and press a button. If you see a red light on your phone screen, the remote is working. No light = remote is defective.
📶 WiFi Connection Issues
Won't connect to WiFi

- Restart your router (unplug for 60 seconds, plug back in)
- Move the vSeeBox closer to the router
- Go to Settings → Network
- Select your WiFi network → tap Forget
- Select the network again and re-enter your password
Keeps dropping connection:
- Try the other WiFi band:
- Far from router → use 2.4GHz (better range)
- Close to router → use 5GHz (faster speed)
- Don't hide your router in a closet – put it up high and out in the open
- Microwaves, Bluetooth speakers, and security cameras can interfere with WiFi
📺 No Signal / No Picture
TV says "No Signal"

- Grab your TV remote (not the vSeeBox remote)
- Press the Source or Input button
- Cycle through HDMI options until you see the vSeeBox screen
- If still nothing: Unplug HDMI cable at both ends, plug back in firmly
If still no picture:
- Try a different HDMI port on your TV
- Try a different HDMI cable
- Make sure the vSeeBox light is on (no light = power issue)
🐢 Slow Performance / Freezing
Apps crash or run slow

- Restart the vSeeBox (unplug for 30 seconds)
- Uninstall apps you don't use
- Clear app cache: Settings → Apps → Select app → Storage & Cache → Clear Cache
- Check for system updates: Settings → System → System Update
